HOW I WORK:
I specialize in energetic and physical detox to awaken the radiant light within. Working with the whole body, at the cellular level and as one unified system, you can achieve true and lasting healing. It is for this reason, I will always access and utilize the full range of my energetic and holistic wellbeing training, tools, and knowledge for each and every client I work with.

The INTUITIVE READING + ENERGY ALIGNMENT SESSION is grounded in years of professional experience within the holistic and integrative wellness industry and is vibrationally elevated through my multi-sensory abilities and gifts. As a Reiki Master, Energy Practitioner and Healer, Teacher, Intuitive Empath, and Spiritual Coach, I am able to offer a virtual cosmic cocktail of vibrational yumminess to delightfully awaken the inner light and super luminous potential!

So, is your life feeling delicious? M INTENTION FOR YOUR SESSION:
My personal intention for your session is to be a pure channel and grounded connection to God, Light, Divine, Source, Creator, and of cosmic vital life force energy (please use the name you use for “higher power”) to bring in the clarity, higher knowledge, truth, connection, restoration, activation, clearing, release, or support that is most needed at time of your session.
YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR REALITY:
The truth is, we create our life experience - moment to moment - through free will choice. We are not victims to our life experience - life is happening FOR us, not TO us. The thoughts and emotions we continuously experience are held within our field to attract the exact same vibrational resonance of the energy behind the thoughts or emotions. They present as a life experience, situation, relationship, circumstance, condition, or synchronicity as they all will have the same vibrational quality or resonance as the thoughts and emotions we continuously pump into our field. The Universe is abundant, and takes it’s job very seriously in giving you exactly what you ask for through your emotional and metal body. So, in this way, you are the architect of your reality and life.
Practice energetic boundaries by using personal discernment during our session. Do not take on anything offered to you which does not feel true to you. Typically the information I received is tied to the highest probable outcome, for you and all evolved in the situation. I channel guidance and information as directed by both my soul guides and the “higher self” and guides of my client. In this way, I offer my client the ability to choose a different outcome than any predictions, simply by making an alternate free will choice. This gives my client the power in creating their highest and best life experience and at the same time, respects how they choose to ascend to higher states of consciousness and vibration.

QUANTUM ENERGY ACTIVATION + BALANCING
The essence of this session is about elevating your base frequency to achieve energetic coherence across all systems. A Quantum Energy Session offers a holistic approach to wellness. By clearing and releasing multi-layers of trauma from all dimensions of SELF (mental, emotional, spiritual, physical + sensory), it will elevate the base frequency and organically attract more vitality, joy and abundance into the participant's life.
This initial session incorporates more time (90 minutes) to allow for a deeper dive into your goals for self mastery and my plan on seeing you victorious in all you desire for your life.
I will start with an energetic scan of the physical body and then move through each of the energy centers. I will offer all intuitive messages and guidance as I move through the process. I am a clear channel of God/Divine/Source/Creator/Universal Healing Light and Consciousness. I channel high vibrational streams of Divine/Quantum energy to strip away ALL the density and toxicity (old ways of thinking, emotional traumas, lower energy conditioning, outworn belief systems, separation and division programing, and more), activate, expand, and recalibrate all internal and external energy centers to the now version of you/within present moment. Much like an onion, we have layers of old energetic traumas and beliefs - built up over life times - which have masterfully created an ongoing story and theme for you to experience within each life time, perpetuating even in this current incarnation. All of these lives, and all that has transpired within this one, have miraculously occurred to bring you to this now moment. This accumulation of energy, rippling throughout all time and space, has finally reached its zenith and is spilling into this now moment, for the singular cause of offering you the opportunity to consciously awaken the super luminous self and ascend into an elevated streams of unity consciousness and mastery!
HOW DOES ALL THIS HAPPEN BY RAISING THE BASE FREQUENCY?
Your base, or overall, frequency is a direct reflection of how you experience life (meaning the reflection of all your relationships, work and personal experiences). How we FEEL is amplified from our heart's magnetic field, much like an energetic or frequency based calling card. We innately attract to us the resonant energy (life experiences that is similar to what we are feeling inside). Through the Law of Attraction we directly create our reality, or life experience, with our thoughts, feelings and actions.

WHY WORK WITH ME?
For more than 25 years I have worked with hundreds of clients as an energy practitioner. I have master level certifications in Reiki, as well as, several other energetic and holistic therapies. Through my vocation, which also happens to be my passion, I was gifted a vast variety of clients. They offered different personalities, energy traits, life circumstances and unfortunate traumatic events of every nature. I developed a deeper intuitive sensitivity and innate understanding of our energetic and quantum structure. I began sensing, or knowing, how to clear, move and transform energy within the quantum field, on both an individual and collective level. In experiencing this hundreds of times over, I organically expanded my intuition, inner knowing, best practices and overall understanding of the interconnectedness of us all. For my clients, I have found the absolute necessity in balancing, clearing and integrating the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies to achieve lasting and desired results.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?:
I always recommend a minimum of 3 sessions. Remember the onion analogy? We need to work through layers of the old self in order to make way for your super luminous self. Your higher self/awareness will only allow the energy healing, activation, and energetic system's elevation to occur with as much grace and ease as possible (meaning, not putting you into any emotion, mental or physical healing crisis by releasing/activating to much to soon). ENERGY SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN
I have an extensive background in working with the highly intuitive, empathic, and sensory driven children of today. My own daughter was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3 (14 years ago) and served as the catalyst for opening an Integrative + Biomedical Wellness Center. I was the clinical director for my center for over 8 years, during which time, I worked with literally hundreds of children impacted by neurological issues, as well as, other challenging health concerns. On a functional level, I have supported children with therapies and services that address all levels of biology, neurology, and immunology - with tons of positive feedback and uplifting experiences. However, it has been the energetic support I’ve offered children that has made such a lasting impact in my heart. From newly born to early 20's, these highly sensitive - Golden Children (a.k.a.: Rainbow Children, Crystal Children, Indigo Children, Starseed Children) are embodied to raise the vibration and consciousness of the collective and our planet. Not a small job! Because of their inherent gifts and abilities, they present with very sensitive dispositions. Often, these amazing children are overloaded with heavy/toxic/dense energy and it creates stress throughout the body’s systems. Sometimes, it isn’t apparent in their outward presentation — until they hit their limit. The symptoms or reactions that can show up when these highly sensitive children hit their limit can be overwhelming and seem dramatic or over the top.
Here are a few examples of what I typically see in children who are in need of energetic support and holistic well-being counseling:

HOW I WORK WITH CHILDREN (UP TO AGE 16 YRS):
To begin with, I schedule a 30 minute complementary clarity call with the parent to discuss the conditions, concerns, and symptoms. I talk through how I work and devise a step by step plan. Most commonly, I will do a remote energy healing, balancing, and clearing while the child is sleeping (the child does NOT have to be sleeping). I move am able to scan all of the bodies systems and energetic bodies to offer suggestions for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual support. I record all the information that comes through during the session and send the recording to the parent with instructions for the parent to schedule a free clarity call to discuss any questions they may have and consider any next steps.
